Epsilon Refinery Group In the oil-producing oil and gas industry, a refinery is a storehouse of petroleum products over which the customer buys more or less oil. This includes food, drinks and other non-perishable products that may be sold or used for consumption. The term refiner may also encompass any group of refinery or pipeline condensers from which the engine oil is extracted or delivered and which contains excess oil that is recycled into the engine and/or pipeline such that the refiner may sell the removed oil to an oil buyer. The term oil buyer is a term defined within the Intracoastal Oil and Gas Exchange Act of 1963.
