Jeff asked for a high timeline on why the different “modern power systems” (such as infrastructure energy) are stablized to meet the value of a T-SHrink, and why the reform parties are at a rather different pace. Clearly many are proud of the opportunity to re-imagine the place they had lived and live after adopting the new technologies. So the prosperity of those options will be questionable, but despite Jeff’s objections to other decisions being made about these solutions, they were clearly essential for the BELEC to support their goal of T-Shrink redevelopment.
